Where exactly is the LaptopEx Experience Center in Gurgaon?

Our Gurgaon Experience Center is at 1X29, First Floor, ILD Trade Centre, Badshahpur Sohna Road, D1 Block, Sector 47, Gurugram 122018. We are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and closed on Sunday. No appointment is needed — walk in during those hours and ask to see any model you are considering. Parking is available at ILD Trade Centre. The nearest metro station is Rapid Metro Sector 55–56, about 9 km away, so most visitors drive or take a cab. If you would rather not travel, call +91-7303134098 and we will bring the laptop to you instead.

Can I use the laptop before I buy it?

Yes, and for as long as you need. That is what the Experience Center is for. Sit down with the machine you are considering and use it the way you actually work — open your own files, run the software you depend on, type on the keyboard long enough to know whether you like it, check the screen under real light. There is no two-minute demo limit and nobody watching over your shoulder. If travelling to Sector 47 is inconvenient, Pay After Delivery gives you the same thing at your desk: our executive brings the laptop, waits while you test it, and takes payment only if you decide to keep it.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No. Walk in any time between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. An appointment is never required, though if you already know which model you want it helps to message us on WhatsApp first so we can have that exact configuration ready and charged when you arrive — stock moves weekly and a specific model may or may not be on the floor on a given day. How fast can you deliver a laptop in Gurgaon?

Order before 2:00 PM and we deliver within 6 hours anywhere inside 15 km of our Sector 47 Experience Center. That covers most of working Gurgaon — Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, MG Road, DLF Phases 1 to 5, Sushant Lok and the New Gurgaon sectors up to 76. Order after 2:00 PM, or from an address beyond 15 km but still inside Gurgaon, and it becomes a same-day delivery. IMT Manesar and the townships beyond it are next working day. On Sunday we are closed and only pre-scheduled deliveries go out, so there is no same-day dispatch.

Do you deliver to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar?

Yes, both are inside our 6-hour zone. DLF Cyber City is 13.9 to 15.3 km from the Sector 47 Experience Center by road, and Udyog Vihar Phase 1 is 14.1 to 14.8 km. Order before 2:00 PM and the laptop reaches you within 6 hours; after 2:00 PM it becomes a same-day delivery. Both are corporate belts, so a large share of what we deliver there is bulk — if you are equipping a team rather than buying a single machine, ask about the 7-day trial before you commit to the order. Exact timing also depends on model availability and live traffic.

Question 6

What about Manesar and the societies beyond it?

IMT Manesar is 17.5 to 17.9 km from Sector 47 and the townships beyond it run 22.7 to 25.0 km, which puts both outside our same-day radius. Deliveries there are next working day. That is a scheduling constraint, not a coverage one — we deliver to Manesar regularly, and the warranty, the 20-day return and Pay After Delivery all work exactly the same way there as they do in Sector 47. If you need a laptop in Manesar for a Monday morning, place the order by Friday: we are closed on Sunday and no same-day dispatch runs that day.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

No. The Experience Center is closed on Sunday and no same-day dispatch runs. The only deliveries that go out on a Sunday are ones that were pre-scheduled in advance, so if a Sunday slot is the only one that works for you, tell us when you order and we will arrange it. Otherwise, plan around it: if you need the laptop for Monday morning, order by Saturday afternoon. Saturday is a normal working day for us — the Experience Center is open 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and the 2:00 PM cutoff for 6-hour delivery applies as usual.

A 2nd hand business laptop in Gurgaon runs ₹19,000 to ₹45,500 for the configurations we keep in quantity, depending on the processor, its generation, RAM and storage. Specific high-RAM or high-storage builds can run above that. Generation matters more than the processor label: an older i7 with 8 GB usually costs less than a current-generation i5. Pricing is identical in every city we serve — there is no Gurgaon premium and no Gurgaon discount. Every price includes GST and a genuine, activated Windows licence. A Dell Latitude E5490 i7 is ₹26,500 with one year or ₹28,500 with three. A Lenovo ThinkPad T480 i5 is ₹21,500 with one year or ₹23,000 with three. Where both versions exist they are the same physical laptop, refurbished to the same standard and put through the same inspection — the only difference is how long we stay responsible for it. Some models are offered on one term only, and the warranty is always stated on the product page.

What does "on-site" warranty actually mean?

It means our engineer comes to your address to fix the laptop — you never pack it, ship it, or take a day off to carry it to a service counter. For a fault in Gurgaon that usually means someone at your home or office within the working week. If a fault needs bench work that cannot be done at your desk, we collect the machine, repair it and return it to you. The cover runs for the full term you chose, 1 year or 3 years, and it follows you: if you relocate, our 90+ channel partners across India honour the same warranty wherever you land. It is hardware cover, so accidental damage and liquid spills are not included.

What is checked before a laptop is sold?

Our GSTIN is 09EESPK6839B1Z0 and the invoice is issued in your company's name with your GSTIN on it, so the input credit is claimable and the machine can be booked as a company asset. This is one of the practical differences between buying from us and buying from a classified listing or an unregistered counter, where there is usually no invoice at all — and without one you have no proof of purchase, no warranty claim and nothing to show an auditor. Ask for the invoice in the company name at the time of ordering so we raise it correctly first time.
