As long as the laptop has no physical damage, you can return it within 20 days for any reason - no questions asked.
Do I need to give a reason for the return?+
No. If there's no physical damage to the laptop, we don't ask for a reason - we're confident in our quality and put customer satisfaction first.
Will I get a full refund, or only a replacement?+
You can choose either - a full refund after pickup and inspection, or a replacement unit at no extra cost.
Is the laptop picked up from my home or office?+
Yes, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your location in Delhi NCR and Bangalore. For other cities, see our courier-based return process.
What if I've already used the laptop for a few days?+
That's fine - the 20-day window is meant for real testing. As long as there's no physical/liquid damage, normal usage doesn't affect eligibility.
How long does the refund take after pickup?+
