Every laptop we sell is available with either a 3-Year or 1-Year on-site warranty — the 1-Year option comes at a lower price, so you can choose the coverage that fits your budget. Both warranty tiers cover the same things:

  • Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, and other internal component failures
  • Battery performance issues
  • Screen and display faults (non-physical)
  • Software/OS-related issues

Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, spills, liquid damage)

Complex repairs are sent to our Noida service center; you get your laptop back once it is fixed.

What exactly does the 3-year warranty cover?+
Every laptop we sell is available with either a 3-Year or 1-Year on-site warranty. Both tiers cover motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard and other internal component failures, battery performance issues, non-physical screen/display faults, and software/OS-related issues. Physical damage and damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered.
Is on-site service really at my home/office, or do I have to visit a center?+
In Delhi NCR and Bangalore, our own team handles repair visits. Complex repairs may still be sent to our Noida service center, and the laptop is returned once fixed.
What if I'm outside Delhi NCR or Bangalore?+
Our own service team operates in Delhi NCR and Bangalore. Everywhere else in India, warranty service is handled through our verified channel-partner network, and complex repairs are sent to our Noida service centre.
